As our CEO, I bring over 12 years of industry experience and leadership to drive continuous innovation and growth. With a wealth of professional experience and achievements in logistics operations, event planning, and international education and training, I am able to identify market trends, optimise business processes, and develop long-term growth strategies.
Leadership Achievements and Industry Accreditations
1. Authorised Accreditation and International Collaboration My organisation has been recognised as The Authorised Accredited Regional Centre for Asia Pacific, partnering with the University of Information Technology and Management (UITM) to provide high level support for education services in 2024. 2. Industry awards and recognition - Received the ‘Anugerah Pendidik Inovasi Bahasa 2024’ award in recognition of contributions in the field of innovative language education.
- The company's presence in the education sector was further strengthened through a public education campaign in 2022.
3. Education and Training Accreditation - Graduated from the ‘Malaysia Institute of Training and Development’ and completed the ‘Malaysian Institute of Training and Development’ in 2024.
Completed the ‘Train the Trainer’ certification programme in 2024. Obtained several professional certificates including HRD Corp's Certificate of Registration for Training Providers and ‘Certified Trainer’ certification, recognising my authority in the field of professional education and training.

At CTI Consultant, we’re passionate about creating meaningful change in education. Our collaboration with the Persatuan Pendidik Profesional Bahasa Malaysia (PROBM) has been a remarkable success, achieving two key milestones:
Program Pendidik Bahasa Cemerlang
This program celebrated and empowered outstanding Malay language educators.
Workshops: Equipped teachers with modern tools and techniques to enhance teaching.
Recognition: Honored dedicated educators for their excellence and impact.
This initiative inspired educators to innovate and elevated the teaching profession's status.
‘Cintailah Bahasa Kita’ Video Competition
This creative competition encouraged primary and secondary students to express their love for Bahasa Melayu through short videos.
Nationwide Participation: Primary adn Secondary students shared their talents and unique perspectives.
Skill Development: Helped students grow in storytelling and technical skills.
Grand Celebration: Winners were honored in a special ceremony in collaboration with Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka.
The competition showcased the beauty of Bahasa Melayu and inspired students to embrace the language with pride.
